YOUR DREAM STARTS HERE!

Asylum

If you fear returning to your home country due to persecution based on your race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group, you may qualify for asylum in the United States. We guide you through the application process and represent you every step of the way — from filing to interview or court hearings.

Adjustment of Status (“Green Card”)

Adjustment of status allows eligible individuals already in the U.S. to apply for lawful permanent residency (a green card) without leaving the country. Whether you’re applying through a family member, spouse, or other category, we handle your case with care and precision to help you reach permanent resident status.

Family-Based Petitions

U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents can petition for certain family members to join them in the U.S. We prepare and file family-based petitions and work to keep your case moving forward, so you can focus on reuniting with your loved ones.

Work Permits

A work permit, or Employment Authorization Document (EAD), allows eligible individuals to legally work in the U.S. We help you determine if you're eligible and assist in preparing and filing the necessary forms to get you working as soon as possible.

Removal/Deportation Defense

If you’re facing deportation or have received a notice to appear in immigration court, don’t face it alone. We provide strong legal defense, explore every possible form of relief, and advocate for your right to remain in the United States.

T Visa

The T Visa protects individuals who are survivors of human trafficking and are now in the U.S. We work with clients to prepare strong applications that show the harm suffered, cooperation with authorities, and the risk of returning to their home country.

Waivers

A waiver can help you overcome certain grounds of inadmissibility (like unlawful presence, prior immigration violations, or misrepresentation) when applying for a green card or visa. We evaluate your case and file the appropriate waiver to give you the best chance at approval.

TPS

If you're from a country affected by war, natural disaster, or other extraordinary conditions, you may qualify for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). We help you apply for TPS or re-register, and advise you on additional options for long-term immigration benefits.

VAWA Petitions

Under VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), certain spouses, children, and parents of U.S. citizens or permanent residents can apply for lawful status without the abuser’s knowledge. We provide sensitive and confidential support to help clients gain immigration relief from abuse.

U-Visa

The U Visa is available to victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical harm and are willing to assist law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution. We help you file your petition, obtain law enforcement certification, and guide you through the immigration process with care and confidentiality.

Citizenship

Becoming a U.S. citizen is a major milestone. We help you determine eligibility, prepare your naturalization application, and guide you through the civics exam and interview process to make your path to citizenship smooth and successful.
